Terms of Use

1. The service

hermesweb is a platform that hosts and configures personalized AI agents for personal and business use. The agent runs in a per-user isolated environment and uses language models (LLMs) from selectable third-party providers.

2. Account and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One account per person or company, with truthful information.
• You are responsible for the security of your password.
• Sharing credentials is prohibited.

3. Credits and billing

Usage is billed in “credits”, consumed according to AI usage. Payments are processed via Stripe. Plan prices are shown at the time of purchase. Credits are non-refundable once consumed, except in the event of a technical failure on our part.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Generate illegal or fraudulent content, or content that infringes third-party rights;
• Attack, probe or attempt to bypass the isolation of the agent environment;
• Spam or abuse third-party APIs (Google, WhatsApp and others);
• Train competing models from prompts and responses;
• Resell the service without authorization.

Violations result in immediate suspension, without refund.

5. AI-generated content

The agent uses language models that may produce inaccurate, biased or undesired results. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before making decisions based on it. We are not responsible for decisions made based on generated content.

6. Intellectual property

You own the content you create through the agent. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the platform while your account is active. The hermesweb code and design remain ours. The Hermes agent is an open-source project by NousResearch, under the MIT license.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of faults. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time under Dashboard → Settings → Delete account. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with 7 days' prior notice, except in serious cases of abuse.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Jurisdiction: the consumer's place of residence (CDC) or São Paulo/SP for business-to-business (B2B) contracts.
